What you'll need
1. AeroPress
2. AeroPress paper filters
3. Freshly roasted Tiny Tiger coffee beans
4. Hot water (just off-boil)
5. Timer
6. Stirrer or spoon

15g of Coffee -> 240g of espresso
The Method
1. Prepare AeroPress
Place a paper filter into the AeroPress cap and rinse it with hot water to wash away any papery flavours and warm your gear.
2. Grind Your Coffee
Grind 15 grams of Tiny Tiger coffee beans to a medium-fine texture, think slightly rougher than icing sugar.
3. Assemble and Add Coffee
Assemble the AeroPress in the inverted position (plunger slightly inserted, facing upward) and add your coffee grounds into the AeroPress.
4. Add Water and Stir
Pour 240 ml of hot water (just below boiling) onto the coffee grounds. Stir gently for about 10 seconds to ensure that all of the grounds are wet evenly.
Let coffee rest for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds. Secure the cap with the rinsed filter onto the AeroPress.
5. Flip and Press
Carefully flip AeroPress onto your mug and gently press down on the plunger, taking about 30 seconds to finish pressing.
Remove the AeroPress and enjoy your freshly brewed, Tiny Tiger Coffee.
