What you'll need

  2. Freshly Roasted Tiny Tiger Coffee
  3. Hot water (just off-boil)
  4. Timer
  5. Spoon

The Method

  1. Preparation

    Preheat your French press by rinsing it with hot water, then discard this water. Grind 15 grams of Tiny Tiger coffee beans to a coarse texture, similar to sugar crystals.

  2. Add Coffee and Water

    Add the ground coffee to the French press. Slowly pour 225 ml of hot water (just below boiling) over the coffee, wetting all grounds evenly.

  3. Stir and Steep

    Gently stir the mixture with a spoon to ensure even extraction. Place the lid gently on top without plunging and allow the coffee to rest for 4 minutes (this is called steeping btw!) .

  4. Plunge and Pour

    Slowly press the plunger down evenly to separate the grounds from your brewed coffee. Serve immediately to enjoy the freshest flavour. Enjoy your rich and aromatic Tiny Tiger French press coffee!
