Cancellations
Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order, whichever comes first.
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.
Returns & Refunds
We put our heart into every micro lot of Tiny Tiger Coffee and want you to love every sip. We don't offer return of products, but we are happy to exchange in case of any quality defects if stock is available.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please email us within 48 hours from the date of delivery at brew@tinytigercoffee.com. Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
