We roast fresh. Twice a week.
Tiny Tiger coffee is never pre-roasted. We roast only after your order is confirmed. Your order will be handed to our courier partners within 5 business days of payment.
Delivery is handled by third-party couriers/postal services per their standard norms. You will receive a tracking/service confirmation at your registered email ID.

Cancellations
Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.
Returns and Exchanges
We don't offer return of products, but we are happy to exchange in case of any quality defects.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please email us within 48 hours from the date of delivery at brew@tinytigercoffee.com.
Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
